Spa Reservations
To ensure availability, we recommend making spa service reservations as far in advance as possible. Please let us know in advance if you have a preferred therapist. You will need a payment method to secure your reservation.

Medical Conditions
If you have any physical injury or condition, or are pregnant, please take all necessary precautions as outlined by your physician. Be sure to discuss your condition with your therapist.

How to Use the Spa
Please respect our guests and the atmosphere. We’d like to ask you to refrain from talking loudly and to turn off your cell phone. NH state law does not allow outside food and/or alcohol in the spa facility.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 20 minutes before your spa treatment to enjoy the relaxation lounge and facilities.

What to Wear
We will provide you with a robe and spa sandals upon arrival. Our therapists are trained to drape a client modestly, to the client’s comfort.

Lost Items
The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase!

Cancellation Policy
We have reserved staff and space just for you. There is a 100 percent charge for any changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. No-shows will be charged in full. As a courtesy to guests, follow your allotted time; late arrivals will only receive the remaining appointment time.

Children
Spa treatments will not be permitted for guests under 18 without parental consent. Please arrive with your children to complete the required forms.

Additional Spa Amenities
We offer access to our pool, jacuzzi, steam rooms, sauna, and fitness center, located one level above the spa on the 11th floor of the Mountain Club. Please bring a bathing suit to enjoy these amenities.
